Collection: Herbal Baths

Herbal baths are a simple and relaxing way to support your well-being while releasing stress in the comfort of our homes. Using the power of herbs and the soothing of warm water, you can absorb supportive plant constituents through the largest organ in your body: your skin. Herbal baths are a fantastic way to nourish your body, tend to your nervous system, heal your energy, cleanse, reset, and restore your auric body, and luxuriate in a deep self-care ritual.

How to Make: Set your intention for the bath and prepare your herbs by pouring freshly boiled water over them, which gently release their volatile oils (the therapeutic component of the steam). Combine the plants in an airtight container or tea pot. Clean your physical body first.  Pour the herbs into the water as you emerge comfortably. The water should always feel comfortably warm. Visualize the water supporting your intention. This step warms the rest of the body for a nice lymphatic cleanse. Slightly increasing your body temperature can promote healthy circulation and perspiration, which release toxins through the pores of your skin. The duration of your bath may last anywhere from 15-30 minutes.

  • For dry herbs, use 1/4 cup of herbs per quart of water.
