Collection: Sitz Bath
Sitz bath is a warm, shallow bath you sit in to relieve pain, burning or itching in your perineum. It is an effective home remedy to relieve discomfort in the lower part of the body.
How to Make: Boil the water, then remove from heat and add the dried herbs flowers. Cover and allow to soak for 10 minutes. Then strain and pour into your sitz basin, along with more water to fill it up. After performing adequate genital hygiene, sit in the sitz bath for 20 minutes, once per day for one week.
For dry herbs, use 1/4 cup of herbs per quart of water.
